Two Minute Tapas

When time is tight, there’s nothing wrong with throwing a few ingredients on top of toast and calling it tapas. Case in point: garbanzos, shaved shallots and radishes, and some micro greens or herbs. Someone pop a bottle of rosado.
Ingredients
1 loaf of crusty bread

1 pouch of FILLO’S Panamanian Garbanzos
2 radishes
1 shallot
1 clove of garlic
handful of fresh herbs or greens
olive oil
sea salt
Directions
Heat a grill or broiler
Heat a grill or broiler
Grill or broil until crisp and lightly charred.
Meanwhile, thinly slice radishes and shallots, and heat FILLO’S Panamanian Garbanzos in a microwave.
Rub bread with half a garlic clove while still warm.
Top with garbanzos, radishes and shallots, and a few snips of greens or herbs.
Arrange on a platter and drizzle with a little more olive oil. Sprinkle with sea salt.
