The whole putting-stuff-in-a-bowl-and-calling-it-a-“bowl” thing isn’t losing any steam so we might as well contribute.  You’ll need an oven-safe bowl to make our version, but that’s where the rules end. 

Basically, we’re looking for layers of texture and flavor here: start with a base of FILLO’S Sofrito Beans or Beans and Grains, followed by a layer of cheese—we like something that melts well, like Oaxaca.  Pop it under the broiler until well melted.  Let it cool for a few minutes.  Then the fresh stuff, like chopped tomato, onion, avocado and cilantro.  Lastly, all good bowls need a dash of something punchy, like MÁGICO
